This page sets out how cancellations, refunds and pass transfers work for Design X 2026.

Before booking opens

Registering your interest on this website is free and does not commit you to anything. No payment is taken until you book a pass.

Pass terms

The final refund, cancellation and transfer terms for Design X 2026 passes will be confirmed when online booking opens, and shown here and at the time of booking. The terms shown when you book are the ones that apply to your pass.

If the event changes

If Design X 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, we will refund the amount you paid for your pass. If the date or venue changes, we will let you know by email and explain your options.

Changes to the programme

Speakers and timings may change before the event. Such changes do not on their own entitle you to a refund, but we will always try to keep you informed in good time.
