Design X is organised by Sasi Creative Colleges, Coimbatore ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal details we collect through the Design X website, why we collect them and how we look after them.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this website (register interest, speak at Design X, sponsor enquiries) and when you book a pass:
- your name, email address and mobile number;
- your company or organisation, and whether you are attending as a business owner, designer, student or similar;
- the topics you are interested in, and any message you write to us;
- for bookings: the pass you chose, the number of passes, the amount paid and the payment reference.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website. If online payment is offered, it is handled by the payment provider on their own secure pages.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send you information about Design X 2026, including the booking link when it opens;
- to issue your pass and e-ticket, and to check tickets at the entrance;
- to plan the event (numbers, seating and dinner);
- to follow up on speaker and sponsor enquiries.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Your details are seen only by the Design X organising team at Sasi Creative Colleges. They are stored with the cloud service that hosts this website, and email and payment services may process them only to send your ticket or take your payment.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single sign-in cookie is used only on the organisers' admin pages.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for Design X 2026 and its follow-up, and then delete them, unless we are required to keep certain records (for example, payment records) by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, at any time. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
